Refund Policy:
This is the refund policy for the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children Youth Sports Medicine Cup Hosted by Colorado Storm Tournament. These are the amounts that will be returned should the following scenarios happen. If a match has been started then it is considered played for refund scenarios only.

No Games Played:
U11-U12 will get $400
U13-U14 will get $425
U15-U16 will get $450
U17-U18 will get $500

1 Game Played:
U11-U12 will get $267
U13-U14 will get $284
U15-U16 will get $300
U17-U18 will get $317

2 Games Played:
U11-U12 will get $134
U13-U14 will get $142
U15-U16 will get $150
U17-U18 will get $158

Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children Youth Sports Medicine Cup Hosted by Colorado Storm - March 2-4 2012

This tournament is for U11-U18 Boys and U11-U14 Girls Competitive and Recreational Teams. 

Qualifications

The Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children Youth Sports Medicine Cup Hosted by Colorado Storm is open only to members of US Youth Soccer and its State Associations. Players and coaches must be currently registered with a team by their State and required to produce their USYS player passes. No player will be permitted to play on more than one team during the tournament.

 

Team Selection
Team acceptance to the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children Youth Sports Medicine Cup Hosted by Colorado Storm will be completed by the 'Selection Committee'.


Notifications are sent to all teams. The selection process is assisted by information provided to the tournament on your application and also league standings. Cashing of the entry fee does not indicate acceptance to the tournament.

Modified Tournament Rules

Duration of the Match:
U11-U12 - 2 X 25 Minute Halves
U13-U14 - 2 X 30 Minute Halves
U15-U16 - 2 X 35 Minute Halves
U17-U18 - 2 X 40 Minute Halves

Brackets:
4 Team Bracket - Round Robin with 2 Highest Point Teams playing in a Championship Game
5 Team Bracket - Round Robin with Highest Point Team as Champion (no final game)
6 Team Bracket - Two (2) Three (3) Team Groups and a Championship Game
8 Team Bracket - Two (2) Four (4) Team Groups and a Championship Game
10 Team Bracket - Two (2) Three (3) Team Groups and One (1) Four (4) Team Group with Semifinals and Championship Games
12 Team Bracket - Three (3) Four (4) Team Groups with Semifinals and Championship Games
16 Team Bracket - Four (4) Four (4) Team Groups with Semifinals and Championship Games

Point System in Group Play:
3 Points for a Win
1 Point for a Tie
0 Points for a Loss

Tie Breakers:
1. Head to Head (if teams played each other)
2. Goal Differential
3. Goals For
4. FIFA Penalty Kicks

Semi-Finals & Finals will go directly into FIFA Kicks from the Mark if the match ends tied at the end of regulation.

Consolation Matches may end tied at the end of regulation.
